Vision The Studio 10 Collective is a collaborative community of students and teachers who share the intent of awakening and supporting personal and collective transformation on all levels of being. We offer classes, workshops, and private sessions in alignment with this vision.
The Studio 10 Collective attracts practitioners from many different embodied wisdom practices who are interested in personal and professional expansion through creative collaboration. Studio 10 Collective provides a venue for exchanging knowledge and experience, gaining exposure to different modalities and practices, sharing networks and resources, and creating collaborations that enrich lives in the community we serve.

Collective Membership Rates: $12 per hour for 1-2 hours per week $10 per hour for 3-4 hours per week $7 per hour for 5+ hours per week
Rent is calculated quarterly and billed monthly. (Example, if you commit to using the studio 5 hours/week for a quarter, your rent rate will be calculated as $7 X 5 hrs/week X 13 wks/quarter = $455 divided by 3 months/quarter = $151.66 per month).
Scheduling procedure for Collective Members: Any open times in the studio schedule are available to Collective members on a first-come first-served basis. All scheduled times must be entered on the shared google calendar. Extra hours may be scheduled as needed and available, and paid for at the hourly rate committed to for that quarter.
Collective members may retain an on-going time slot indefinitely. If a member chooses to give up their time slot (i.e. take a quarter off and stop paying rent), that time slot will not be guaranteed for them in the future. Any changes to collective members’ schedules must be made no later than the quarterly cut-off date, which is 3 weeks before the beginning of each quarter. (Quarters are Sept-Nov, Dec-Feb, Mar-May and June-Aug.) After that time, any open time may be offered to non-collective renters.
Collective members are encouraged to discuss and negotiate scheduling needs among themselves to reach a mutually satisfactory schedule for everyone.
Non-Collective Rent Rates and Scheduling: The priority of Studio 10 is to provide space for Studio 10 Collective activities and offerings. However, any extra available hours in the studio may be rented to non-collective members at my discretion.
Non-collective renters can schedule one-time or ongoing classes in available time left after the quarterly cut-off date for collective members to set their schedules. The cut-off date will be 3 weeks before the start of each quarter. (Quarters are Sept-Nov, Dec-Feb, Mar-May and June-Aug.)
Non-collective renters will only be guaranteed times within the quarter that they initiate their contract. At the end of that quarter, if they wish to continue in the studio, they will need to re-choose times that are available after collective members have set their schedules for that quarter.
The rent rate for non-collective renters is $15/hour. Non-collective renters must sign a rental contract prior to using the studio.
