Egoscue is the work of Pete Egoscue based on postural corrective and aligning exercises stretches and strengthening. Nan will teach a well rounded workout that is applicable to athletes of all of levels. The workout will be general but Nan is capable of creating a personally designed set of exercises to meet individual needs.
